Wind Kissed James Robbins

Description

Ella and Darren are on a collision course. When Ella’s airship is
almost destroyed by a sandstorm, Darren saves it and helps heal her injuries.

As a reward, he is given a dragon egg of his very own. With
a bit of Ella's help, they get enrolled in the Dragon Racing Academy
together, where they make unexpected friends with secrets of their
own.

Now Darren and Ella have to figure out their intensely confusing
feelings for one another all while hunting down the spies trying to
kill them and their friends. If they don’t succeed, another great war
will break out between all the Domains and Darren and Ella will be

Amazing start! You have a real way with words and the description in places is simply stunning. I am invested in the characters already. Can not wait to read more.

Great opening! :) I especially LOVED the description of the sand as Darren described it, and everything read so smoothly due to some pretty amazing writing. The end of every page had me wanting to get to the beginning of the next page as quickly as possible. Well done :)

Wow, great world building! The descriptions were really unique and the characters had some intense feelings (which totally made sense in those extreme situations.)

I have to say I got scared for Ella, I thought she was talking to the wrong person! And then the scene where Darren took care of her was soo sweet. Swoonworthy!
