Swoon Author Olivia Wildenstein: Not Just Another Book Title

What’s in a name?

When I was told Harshville would get a new title, I went through every stage of grief imaginable. Silly, I know, but I felt like a surrogate mother who needed to hand over the child she’d carried in her womb for months. I suggested plenty of names (was it 100?), but in the end, it was the team at Swoon Reads who baptized my book.

Honestly, it took me a while to fall in love with the new title, but it happened. Very resistant me came to see that it suited my book to perfection, emblematizing the two themes most important to my story—music and first love.

A big thank you to Kat and the team at Swoon for your creativity. Please welcome . . .
