Bio

I have been a business librarian since 2005, and have worked in libraries off and on for 20+ years, including the Young Adult section of a medium-sized library, where I ordered and read Young Adult books, becoming a fan of many Young Adult authors. I am thankful for Judy Blume, for her courage in writing about teenage realities. I read her books when I was a teenager. Fraternal Tears was written out of my love for the ocean. Even though I am from Ohio, family vacations on the shore led to my obsession with surfing. My passions are writing, singing, reading, crafting, and exercising.

Favorite Books

I have so many favorite books, being an avid reader my whole life. Recently, my favorite books are: Girl on the Train, Night Film, Ghosts Know, and The Vanishing. Also, anything by Donna Tartt, Ann Rule, Erik Larson, M. William Phelps, and Kathryn Casey.
